It seems I have been singled out by a “scrote” from streamline.com finance department who has managed to ruin my whole week; He witheld a payment. No notice was given.
He advised me to send a cheque back to the customer and a facsimile of the cheque to himself so he could release a refund payment back to the customer. Then he suggested I tell my customer to raise a “fraudulent purchase” with his account manager so that he could receive a refund. Finally, The twit agreed he would accept verbal verification from the customer.
I finally got paid. My customer and I were equally embarrassed.
I am no longer happy to accept card payments with Streamline ever again. They seem to be on par with paypal as far as “sucking” goes!
You can complain to them via “Snail-Mail” or fax only.
I am still waiting for a response from them regarding this matter.
Avoid merchant facilities with streamline.com if you can is my best advice.
